Join us for an evening of Spanish wine from Bodegas Albamar accompanied by wine maker Xurxo Alba. His Albarinos are some of the most individual, stylistic, and most celebrated white wines of Galicia. We will be cooking a six course meal, utilizing our local Maine foods, such as Breezy Hill Farm Pork & Stonecipher Farm organic vegetables. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with one of Albamar's wines from Northwestern Spain. Xurxo will be on hand to talk about the process of his wines and the land that he grows them on.
