Join us for an amazing Spanish winemaker dinner. We will welcome Ismael Gozalo, the owner & winemaker from MicroBio Wines in Castella Y Leon in Spain, and pair his fantastic wines with our five course menu. The importer Alvaro from Selections de la Viña will be on hand with Ismael to talk & discuss the wines thorough out the dinner and answer questions. The wines are organic and grown with minimal intervention and with a nod to the past. The resulting product is a true terrior and a sense of place of where the wines are from and their distinctive taste and aromas. Some of the most unique wines we have tasted.
Chefs Damian Sansonetti and Ilma Lopez will be preparing a five-course Spanish-inspired menu to pair with the wines and feature local maine produce, meats and seafood.
