Come join us and Monica and Ali Ordóñez from Importer Jorge Ordóñez Selections, as we pair selected Spanish wines from their portfolio with our Spanish inspired five course tasting menu. Jorge Ordóñez Selections has always aimed to bring exemplary Spanish wines to the United States. Some of these wines are new to Maine, and we are very excited to share them with you!
Each wine will be thoughtfully paired alongside a seasonally-influenced five-course Spanish inspired menu prepared by Chefs Damian Sansonetti and Ilma Lopez. We will feature local organic produce from Stonecipher Farm in Buxton, North Star Sheep Farm in Windham, Breezy Hill Farm Pork from Berwick, and Select Maine Seafood, and finish with decadent dessert.
